I do NOT give ball park numbers or ranges as each piece I do is custom and so unique to each clients specification and design requirements.
Our initial phone call is about 15 - 30 minutes and will conclude with a quote for your potential piece of functional artwork.
In order to give you a proper quote, I will need to collect a bit of information from you first.
Please make sure you have the following information ready (to the best of your ability) prior to calling:
-Shipping requirements/
or willingness to travel for pick up
of larger pieces such as a
dining room table
Road trip anyone?!
-Dimension requirements
-Depth/thickness requirements
-Colour palette ideas
-Ingredient ideas if any at all
-Shape, i.e. live edge, square, rectangular, round etc.
A mix of wood, resin and ingredients?
(most popular, most requested
and it happens to be my specialty)
or
-A full wood piece?
(no resin, no ingredients)

Have I mentioned the possibilities are endless?
Have an idea that you do not see in my photo albums?
No problem! I'm up for it!
Note* Bases are never included in the price or quote.
However, I'm happy to assist you or connect you to a few of my favorite people to have something made if requested.
The reason you will not often see bases included in my work are for a few good reasons:
-Clients would like to upcycle an existing piece
(Think whiskey barrels, think brass, think gram's 100 year old wrought iron base you've been hanging onto)
-I don't want to ruin the integrity of the piece (if you change your mind once you receive it) or interrupt any creative ideas you may have by offering something that
I'm naturally partial too.
Did I mention the possibilities are endless?!
-Clients like to see the piece/have it in hand before they even think about what they will be doing with the base.
(most common reason)
-Shipping gets very pricey once we add bases because of size and weight.
(many clients would like to have a custom base made locally)
Note* I've had bases made and installed here locally for pickup. I've had bases purchased and sent to me for installation upon pickup. I've purchased and installed simple after market legs/base because the client wants that portion very muted.
All are good options and
I'm here to help!

Also...
Tax. It's a thing.
We can't avoid it.
So I have to charge it if applicable.
(Taxes will vary based on point of pick up or delivery point and will be confirmed beforehand).
I require two government issued pieces of ID for my file.
You will also receive two government issued pieces from me for your file.
I accept all major credit cards for deposit and final payment.
Once I have a signed bill of sale and a deposit, you will be officially booked in!
Woohoo! Excellent! Exceptional!
Now, the real fun begins!
We will be in touch very regularly (if not daily) as I'm working through your piece.
You will be in the loop at all times and are more than welcome to call, text, email or visit if you live close by if you have any questions or comments or ideas!
We're a team!
All major decisions or slight changes will be made and agreed upon together.
Note* When it comes time for me to do the 'BIG POUR' which includes the specific design and placement of ingredients, you will have to trust me in my creative process.
It's part of the gig if you would like me to do a piece for you.
I like to describe my style as wild and free with a touch of symmetry.
I never want anyone in the whole wide world to have a piece like yours so its imperative for me to have that creative range and
blessing from you.
Not to worry though, you will be giving me the green light on the general layout and design of the ingredients when the time comes.
Any nostalgic or specialty items should be sent to me asap so I can keep them safe with your other ingredients
(any costs associated with shipping personal items to me are the responsibility of the client).
I will also tag you via the social media app of your preference as I post progress pictures and videos of the process.
It's a dreamy experience!

Damage insurance and lost insurance will be available for purchase before your package hits the road.
These insurances are most definitely something to think about and also something that I highly recommended.
Better to be safe than sorry!
Customs fees & any other fees associated with shipping are of the financial responsibility of the client.
All costs associated with pick-ups (i.e. gas, U-Haul rental, accommodations etc.) are of the financial responsibility of the client.
Life happens...should you need to change your projected scheduled start date or delay a pick up or delivery, I'm ok with that.
All I ask is that you give me a reasonable amount of notice (unless of course there is an emergency).
I promise to do the same!
